Honoring Time & Place: A Dinner Experience at Nature

Join Nature, Planted Cuisine & The Bartending Company for an evening centered around local food, health and community.
We will kick off the evening with an appetizer hour featuring small plates and an opening drink. Followed by a seated dinner experience that features five beautifully plated courses along with signature cocktails and elixirs.
This is a curated evening designed to be an immersive dining experience that elevates the art of food & drinks. Chef Loghan of Planted Cuisine creates menus that tell the story of not only the current season, but how working within season and sourcing locally can create health and resiliency for our community and the land around us. As each course is brought to the table, Chef Loghan will share the story of the sourcing, inspiration and health benefits of each plate.
The menu will be created the week of the event and as such, will remain a secret until you arrive. Chef Loghan’s cuisine is based solely on seasonality while using food as medicine principles each step of the way.
In line with the food, the drinks curated by Roman Albaugh of the Bartending Company will feature local spirits and ingredients that pair with the seasonal cuisine you will be enjoying.
The price is $150/per person and is all inclusive of food, drinks and gratuity. Please note that we will have multiple non-alcoholic “elixir” cocktails available for anyone who would prefer to not have alcohol.
We can accommodate reasonable dietary restrictions with advance notice, please be sure to notify us when reserving your seats.
Our evening together is designed to be elegant, experimental, engaging, educational and most importantly…fun. This collaboration is between three businesses dedicated to excellent service that is rooted in creating community and resiliency in our region.
